Emergency Education for all

We provide emergency preparedness assistance to strengthen community resilience.

What is Emergency Education International?

From fires to heart attacks, earthquakes to pandemics--emergency responders are on the front lines of every emergency a community faces. EEI provides affordable and accessible training and equipment to emergency responders so that communities are strong and resilient, no matter what emergency or disaster comes their way.

We partner with emergency responders, government, and community leaders to identify the emergency preparedness challenges that are specific to that community, identify solutions, implement them, and evaluate their impact with research. We believe that emergency preparedness education is successful when it is tailored to the specific social, cultural, and economic realities of the communities that responders who train with us serve in.

What We Do

In-person trainings

Our skills-focused fire, EMS, and rescue trainings provide students with supervised practice they can apply in real-world rescue and emergency situations. Our goal is to expand the access to training as wide as possible so that standardized training is available to every responder.

Outfitting

EEI connects resource-limited communities with donated emergency response equipment that can be deployed in different types of emergencies and disasters. From firefighting turnouts to ambulances, we have connected communities with life-saving gear and equipment.

Online Training

EEI will soon be offering a variety of online training courses in prehospital medical care topics, firefighting, and the incident command system.
